Mum, stop hassling the poor lass, she’s doing her best – how are you lovely – Gee, time flies. Now about all your tears, all they’re doing is making both of us sad, so dry them up – I’m OK, sure it’s hard to be so far away but YOU KNOW we will be together again, please don’t give up. It was my time, who wants to be a bald ugly old bloke….oh too late. Mum you need to stay strong, it’s what you taught me. I’m still around all the time, listen for the bird in the garden that sings all the time, it’ll make you smile, it’s a present from me. I love you all and I miss you all but if you don’t celebrate this Christmas I’ll be mad, that’s not what’s supposed to happen. You have to set me a place at the table and celebrate with everyone because you know it’s better to have loved and lost than have never loved at all and i was so blessed to have loved and been so loved (thank you). He says he has the old feller with him so he’s not on his own xxxx
