Lisa Crozier (Jen Harris)
So this is how I’ll be remembered is it! Glass of bubbles and my cowboy hat, well that’s how it looks on this photo. (She’s now noticing the dogs barking around me and finds it funny but annoying especially the yuppy one). She’s doing everything she can to distract me from the fact she’s passed/dead/gone! She is hurting just as much as you, especially at this time of year.
She jokes. You never even put a bottle of bubbles in with her – plenty of other things and thank you. So have bubbles and cocktails on me this Christmas. I’ve gone but not forgotten thank you.
Now healing is the easy part it’s the letting go and the weight of the loss that hurts, but you reached out to the best (thank you Alice)) and here I am. Give us all a chance to let go. Do not hold onto every little thing. You don’t need it. You know what matters and that’s enough because I’m in your heart. Your DNA too!
Memories go with us, things get lost and forgotten but memories last for ever and ever so this Christmas you can cry when you toast me, you can cry when you try to cook for everyone but mostly celebrate everything we did have and the great life I had that was better because you were all part of it. Thank you now go pop the bubbles.
Merry Christmas (happy birthday Alice) Mum/Lisa XXX.
